- Condition: The wind chime must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Items that have been installed or used cannot be returned.
- Time Frame: You may return items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Refunds

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order for the desired wind chime.
